Terms
Frame ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered video generation platform that turns product images and text prompts into short-form video ads. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Frame platform, website, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users — individuals, teams, and organizations — regardless of which plan they are on.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Frame. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using Frame on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. ACCOUNTS
2.1 Registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
2.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@framer if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.3 One account per user
Each person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
3. THE SERVICE
3.1 What Frame does
Frame uses artificial intelligence to generate short-form product video ads from images and text prompts you provide. Outputs are formatted for social platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
3.2 No guarantee of specific results
AI-generated outputs vary. We do not guarantee that any specific output will meet your expectations, achieve particular advertising performance, or be suitable for any specific platform or purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
3.3 Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
3.4 Feature changes
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Where changes materially affect paid plans, we will provide reasonable notice.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Frame to:
(a) Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
(b) Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including trademarks, copyrights, or trade dress.
(c) Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising.
(d) Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
(e) Impersonate any person, brand, or organization.
(f) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models, infrastructure, or data.
(g) Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage or harm platform performance, except through our official API with a valid Team or above plan.
(h) Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
(i) Use the Service to generate content for competing AI video generation platforms.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
5. YOUR CONTENT
5.1 Content you upload
You retain full ownership of any images, files, prompts, brand assets, and other materials you upload to Frame ("Input Content"). By uploading Input Content, you grant Frame a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs.
5.2 Your responsibility for uploaded content
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have all necessary rights to the Input Content.
The Input Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You have obtained any required model releases, property releases, or other permissions for people or places depicted in your uploads.
Frame is not responsible for claims arising from Input Content you provide.
5.3 Generated outputs
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, you own the video outputs generated from your Input Content ("Output Content"). Frame assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in Output Content, including full commercial use rights.
5.4 No watermarks or attribution requirements
Output Content is delivered without Frame watermarks. You are not required to credit Frame when publishing Output Content.
5.5 Our use of content
We do not use your Input Content or Output Content to train our AI models without your explicit consent. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Frame's IP
Frame, its logo, underlying technology, models, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Frame, Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Frame's IP to you.
6.2 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Frame a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
6.3 Trademarks
"Frame" and the Frame logo are trademarks of Frame, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
7. PLANS, PAYMENTS & BILLING
7.1 Plan tiers
Frame offers the following plans:
Starter — Free. 10 videos per month. 720p export.
Pro — $49/month. Unlimited videos. 4K export. All features. Full commercial license.
Team — $149/month. Up to 10 seats. Everything in Pro, plus shared brand library, approval workflows, API access, and dedicated onboarding.
Features and limits for each plan are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
7.2 Billing cycle
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual billing options may be available and will be described at checkout.
7.3 Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via our payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your card on a recurring basis.
7.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment is not received within 7 days, your account may be downgraded to the Starter plan until payment is resolved.
7.5 Refunds
We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@framer within 14 days.
7.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that
date.
7.7 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.
8. FREE TRIAL
We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. No credit card is required for the Starter plan. Where a trial requires payment details, you will be notified before any charge occurs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
9. API ACCESS
API access is available on the Team plan and above. Use of the
API is subject to:
The rate limits and parameters described in our developer
documentation.The same acceptable use rules that apply to all users.
No reverse-engineering, caching, or redistribution of
model outputs at scale without express written permission.
We may suspend API access if usage patterns suggest abuse, excessive load, or violation of these Terms.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
If you access Frame under a Team plan or enterprise agreement, both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in the course of the relationship, including pricing, technical details, and business terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly
available or independently developed.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of Frame is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at frame.so/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Frame integrates with or links to third-party services (including payment processors, analytics tools, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
